I've always had an uncontrollable urge to help people, whether it being those close to me, or perhaps a musician I believe has the potential and drive to go further with their career.
Over the years I've managed to grow and develop my marketing skills to specialise within the Digital Marketing and Content Management - specifically to help people from a variety of small businesses owners, brands, musicians and record labels - with rates that are affordable, and a friendly service..
When I'm not helping bands and brands with their Digital Promotions and Online presence, I can be found with a camera in hand looking for things that inspire me... From the natural lights of the sun in the great outdoors or to the bright lights of arena's and concert venues. When it comes to photographing bands my favourite captures are always those moments of interaction with the fans - the real connection with the crowd and the faces on the the fans faces as their favourite band takes to the stage.
I've never been a fan of the cookie-cutter image of a band, I try to capture the fun, the real, the memories of both the sides of the barrier. There's nothing quite like being in the middle of all that energy.
DevilBearRock was the book project that was born from both the passion for capturing those moments and the delving further into the fan-band relationship - find out the good, the bad and the somewhat bizarre.
As festivals, concerts and musical extravaganza's took us to various cities and countries, my camera came along for the ride - to capture the fans, the shows and the local scenery - this then developed my passion into my career.
DevilBearRock brought three of my favourite things together: Music, Photography & Travel - The perfect way to spend a holiday, whilst we still dream of finishing the book one day - I continue to develop my skills in photography, digital marketing, web design and more.
