A sneak peak preview of our A7X pics are up on Flickr!
As you know by now we don’t like to look for the cookie cutter shots, we wanna show the playfulness, the real deal that goes on unlike the 3 song gap that the magazine photographers get -and we go to great lengths to get these little gems… including recieving a nice spanking brand new black eye in the pit on Sunday!! (If you come away without a bruise – clearly you’re not doing it right!)
More photos, review and the like coming soon…
We’ll also be posting more bands, fans and alot more goodies in the next few weeks all being well… including some surprises we have instore for you.
As always if you want to get in touch drop us a twitter or an email!
Note: We love that you love our photography – but please don’t post & use our pics elsewhere, we don’t mind links to our albums but we want to get people coming to see and get involved in our site and our future book. Get in touch at contactus@devilbearrock.com if you’d like to link to us. Thanks!
PS don’t forget there’s some videos up on our new Youtube channel – with more to come http://www.youtube.com/DevilBearRock
^sorry for the sound problems – speakvibrations on the second stage didn’t agree with our camera audio

So who got wet waiting for Linkin Park? - oi watch it dirty mind!
Ouch!
Oh you wanted more?…. ok… well more to come over the next week or so – need recovery time and unfortunately the real world beckons and we have to do real work and earn a living – eww. But wow… what a weekend… Over the weekend we met and saw some great fans and bands…
Saturday: The Used totally rocked the Saturn Stage, We couldnt even get close for Bullet For My Valentine – but Linkin Park tore it up in style as they always do! More on that later… and we’re highly aware that 80% of our photos seem to be of Rob Bourdon! Oops
We successfully completed our mission in finding at least 1 UK A7X fan girl with a Death Bat Tattoo and also managed to make some new friends in the pit at the barrier – you all rock and I hope you’ll drop us an email so we can stay in touch.
Sunday = A7X totally rocked the socks off Knebworth last night, like we all knew they would. Thanks to everyone at the barrier, Sonisphere, and A7X for making our 7th show (since last August) awesomely spectacularly super trouper lights are gonna find me fun! Funniest thing ever was the chinese whispers before hand and then as we were leaving we got the funniest quote from overhearing some random guy who “Caught a bit of Avenged Sevenfold” who said “Yeah I caught a bit of Avenged Sevenfold, I heard Critical Acclaim, the guitars were nice and everything, but M Shadows kept screaming randomly through through out the song”
You can jump over to our twitter to see the chain of tweets that followed that whilst we tried to find the car – Jack was upset we lost him in a dark field – so I’m going to need to buy him something pretty… maybe a new window sticker.
And of course who can forget that finale by Metallicccccccaaaaaaaah… no words to describe – we actually got alot closer to the front than we thought we would
On first look image wise we have OVER 2000 files to sort through over a 2 days – wow … we got carried away- but in a fun way!
My Nikon DSLR still needs a name – and maybe the powershot needs a name too… I think we owe them a name as they’re a vital part of the Devil Bear Rock team…
haha
Anyway back to drooling sorting through these files, and watching day time TV….
Love, Ducks & Gummibears to all.
